Wonderful palace in the very heart of the Old Hamburg. I like prices, specials, the location, sitting options in and out, English-speaking staff. Backery is fresh and some choices are rather original. Roots-stand tables and armchairs look even too posh for this type of backery, yet I loved them a lot).
A very cozy place to eat and relax for a while. It offers a wide variety of products, as well as cooked food, lots of sandwich options, wraps, salad bowls, etc. Highly recommended!

Had a quick bite for breakfast here. The sandwichthces looked and tasted great and the service was.friendly. As they open very early it was great to be able to grab a bite before starting the day

Great bakery with a good variety of products, including a good coffee. It is also nice to sit inside and have a coffee or some food. I will definitely come again to this bakery.
A lovely medium-sized bakery with a good selection of breads and pastry - very friendly staff and decent prices. The food was always fresh and the place itself is conveniently located.
Nice food options, friendly owner, highly recommend!

Ein Café mit einer guten Atmosphäre und freundlichem Personal zu fairen Preisen. Die Toiletten waren sauber. Es gibt kostenpflichtige Parkplätze in der Nähe. Kartenzahlung war möglich.

Das Preis und Leistungsverhältnis ist hier jedoch auf jeden Fall gegeben.
Zu dem ,,normalen" Essen gab es auch noch ein frisches Brötchen dazu und man durfte sich ein Dressing nach Wahl aussuchen.
Vor allem die Dame an der Theke war hier der ausschlaggebende Punkt, dass die 5* auch berechtigt sind.
Ich hatte gerade meine Anzüge aus der Reinigung geholt und somit absolut keine Hände frei.
Diese Problematik hat auch die Dame an der Theke gesehen und fix ausgeholfen.
Mir wurde also eine zusätzliche Mini-Tüte gegeben, in welcher ich dann alles bis zur Arbeit transportieren konnte.
Es sind so die Kleinigkeiten, welche am Ende dann einen guten Service, zu einem sehr guten Service machen und man merkt auch direkt, dass das Servicepersonal den Job gerne macht und mit Leidenschaft dabei ist.

Die Bowl war sehr nahrhaft und ja, ich habe ein wenig mehr investiert, jedoch hat Qualität eben seinen Preis.
Das Servicepersonal sorgte am Ende dann zum krönenden Abschluss für einen rundum gelungen Gesamteindruck.

Normally, I wouldn't go to the bakery to get something for lunch. However, since I only had 10 minutes to spare, I quickly grabbed a bowl to go. The price-performance ratio is definitely there, though. The "regular" meal also came with a fresh roll, and you could choose your own dressing. The lady at the counter, in particular, was the deciding factor in justifying the 5* rating. I had just picked up my suits from the dry cleaners and therefore had absolutely no hands free. The lady at the counter also saw this problem and quickly helped out. So I was given an additional mini bag in which I could carry everything to work. It's the little things that ultimately turn good service into very good service, and you immediately notice that the service staff enjoys their job and is passionate about it. The conclusion: ------------------ Excellent value for money. The bowl was very nutritious, and yes, I spent a little more, but quality has its price. The service staff ultimately ensured a thoroughly successful overall impression. From my point of view 5/5*.
